In this role, you will take responsibility for the administration of a year group within the Training Programme, supporting trainee professionals and ensuring the efficient coordination of programme activities. Working closely with internal teams, tutors and partner universities, you will help ensure the smooth delivery of training programmes and maintain accurate trainee records. You will act as a key point of contact for trainee professionals and members, providing professional administrative support while maintaining high levels of accuracy and service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced training or education environment, coordinating multiple processes and supporting learners throughout their training journey. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support for a Training Programme year group Support the administration of Diploma trainee professionals Manage trainee enrolment processes including subscriptions, exam fees and playing record fines Agree and monitor trainee payment plans where required Organise trainee attendance at the annual residential week Maintain accurate trainee records within the CRM database Act as the first point of contact for trainee professionals Ensure trainee employment documentation and attachments are accurate and up to date Process assignment extension requests and liaise with markers and programme staff Support lecturers by allocating and distributing assignments and examination paperwork Input coursework and examination marks into relevant university databases Release marks and communicate results to trainee professionals within agreed deadlines Support the coordination of examinations and coursework assessments Assist with the organisation and administration of Training Programme events, including graduations and examinations Liaise with internal departments and partner universities to ensure accurate information sharing Generate standard correspondence and support the production of programme reports Role Requirements Previous administration experience, ideally within a training, education or membership environment Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and web-based systems Experience using CRM or database systems Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal High levels of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional and customer-focused approach
