Mon-Fri 9,45pm-6am
Salary - £28,000 per year
Responsibilities
* Oversee night shift hygiene team, ensuring all cleaning procedures meet internal and legal standards.
* Monitor HACCP & food safety compliance, identifying and resolving non-conformances.
* Conduct internal audits (CCP, GMP, Glass & Plastic, etc.).
* Perform sampling, swabbing, and external lab testing.
* Collaborate with production, hygiene, and engineering teams to address technical issues.
* Ensure all process-related documentation is completed and compliant.
* Promote continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in food manufacturing desirable (training provided).
* Knowledge of HACCP & food safety standards (desirable).
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* A proactive approach with problem-solving skills.
