Utopia Supported Housing has been providing supported housing for young people since 2016 and has now opened its first Registered Children s Home. We work with Ofsted and local authorities to provide a high-quality provision where children can safely grow and be given the chance to create a positive future. We are looking for support staff who know how to make a house a home and are passionate about making a difference to children s lives. Do you have experience of working with children who may have had traumatic backgrounds, emotional & behavioural difficulties, childhood trauma and complex behavioural needs or do you have caring, empathetic & supportive qualities that you feel may make you an excellent support worker, if so, we would love to hear from you.
