Are you a friendly and dedicated RVN looking to thrive in a nurturing environment where your skills are valued and encouraged? My client, a well-loved and RCVS-accredited small animal practice nestled in the beautiful North Cotswolds, is looking for a passionate Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their close-knit team.
For over 40 years, this practice has been at the heart of the community, growing alongside the people and pets they serve. The team is made up of 5 fantastic vets (including certificate holders), 4 experienced RVNs, 1 SVN, and 4 friendly receptionists. With in-house laparoscopic procedures, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, and endoscopy, they offer a supportive environment where learning and development are truly encouraged. Their nurses are already pursuing further qualifications in anaesthesia, exotics, behaviour, and feline care and you’ll be empowered to grow in the areas you love most too.
The practice offers a varied and fulfilling rota with a healthy mix of surgery, consults, and inpatient care or they’ll tailor your week to suit your strengths and passions. Saturdays are just 1 in 5, there’s no out-of-hours or sole charge, and work-life balance is taken seriously. Think regular team socials, Fruit Tuesdays, and homemade cake just because.
If you’re ready to join a genuinely kind, welcoming team that believes in doing things properly (with a little fun along the way), get in touch for an informal chat, I would love to hear from you.
