Operate risk and opportunity management across the group. Ensure commercial entitlement within contracts is understood and fully realized through targeted commercial interventions. Manage contract mobilisation, operational phase, and contract close. Contracts include one-off construction projects, decarbonisation opportunities, and a variety of high-value and long-term maintenance services (heating, compliance, repairs, and maintenance).
Support the commercial and quantity surveying teams across Liberty to fulfill commercial strategies, maximize contract profitability, and mitigate risk. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients. Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ideally, have knowledge and experience of small building contracts, decarbonisation works, servicing, maintenance, and boiler installation contracts. Experience within social housing, particularly planned, responsive, and void repair contracts. Knowledge of NHF Schedule of Works is desirable. Demonstrate problem-solving skills, experience in leading client-facing meetings, identifying risks and opportunities, recovering contractual entitlements, and interpreting performance data, penalty clauses, and obligations aligned with the contract. Contract and client negotiation experience is essential.
Be IT literate, competent in spreadsheets and word processing software. Hold a RICS or relevant qualification. Be flexible in work hours and travel, and hold a full UK driving license.
