Senior Content Design Producer

We are seeking a Senior Content Design Producer to join our International Content Design team, which shapes how users experience some of the world’s most visible media platforms. This is a unique opportunity for a strong communicator, multitasker, and creative problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and has experience delivering content across various formats, platforms, and technologies.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive production or project management experience—particularly across design, motion, and illustration. You will be responsible for driving multiple creative workstreams, managing end-to-end production processes, and aligning global cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional content on time and on budget. Experience in international environments and managing distributed teams is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the full lifecycle of content design projects across various mediums (design, illustration, motion, typography).
* Develop and maintain clear scopes of work, timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
* Support the creation and scaling of design systems across global initiatives.
* Manage cross-functional communications, including onboarding, kickoffs, check-ins, and stakeholder reporting across multiple time zones.
* Proactively identify risks, remove bottlenecks, and resolve challenges throughout the production process.
* Serve as the primary liaison between internal creative teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors or artists.
* Track and report on budgets, including forecasting, spend reconciliation, and vendor negotiations.
* Ensure asset quality control, legal compliance, and adherence to rights usage and confidentiality policies.
* Partner with internal operations, legal, and business affairs teams for necessary approvals and agreements.
* Facilitate the trafficking, delivery, and flawless execution of creative assets across platforms.
Key Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in creative production or project management within a design agency or in-house creative department.
* Proven success in managing design, motion, and illustration projects end-to-end.
* Strong understanding of the creative development process and ability to communicate creative vision to stakeholders.
* Experience working with international brands, languages, and culturally diverse content.
* Familiarity with design systems, tools, and asset management platforms.
* High level of organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
* Financial fluency with experience managing project budgets and vendor agreements.
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Passion for media, culture, or music is a plus, but not required.
