Role: Cover Supervisor
Rate of pay: £450 - £600 – Dependant on experience
Location: Birmingham

Do you have a confident and adaptable personality, coupled with a passion for supporting students? Connex Education is seeking a dedicated Secondary Cover Supervisor to provide day-to-day support in schools across the Birmingham region. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive learning environment by delivering pre-planned lessons and managing classroom behaviour. **Role Requirements**
* Maths and English GCSE C/4 or above.
* Previous experience working in Education is essential.
* A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom.
* Degree Level of Education is desirable.
* Strong classroom management skills.
* KS3/KS4 Subject knowledge would be beneficial.
* An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines.
* Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
