Candidate Profile
* Management education or equivalent experience in manufacturing.
* Knowledge of lean methodologies, problem-solving tools, and quality techniques.
* Experience leading teams in high-density manufacturing environments.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, BaaN, EZLM, and engineering drawings.
* Change and risk management experience.
* Strong interpersonal, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
* Flexible, proactive, and willing to travel if necessary.
