Salary: £24,733.80 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full‑Time (35 hours per week)

What You Will Be Doing
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of staff and volunteers.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shop environment.
* Manage stock generation, rotation, pricing, and merchandising.
* Design creative and eye‑catching window and in‑store displays.
* Ensure compliance with Gift Aid procedures and policies.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all retail operations comply with internal policies and external regulations.
* Support recruitment, training, and retention of volunteers.
* Handle donations, including lifting and manual handling of stock.
* Use internal systems and digital platforms confidently for reporting and communication.
* Ensure health & safety, safeguarding, and data protection standards are upheld at all times.
What We Are Looking For
* Proven retail management experience (charity retail experience is a plus).
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A proactive, hands‑on approach with a positive attitude.
* Confidence in using IT systems and managing retail administration.
* A commitment to DEBRA’s mission and values.
