Experience in the property sector would be advantageous. This is a fast-paced, office-based role that requires excellent communication, strong organisational ability, and a high standard of administrative support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and shortlisted candidates will be assessed during the interview process. Key requirements The successful candidate will have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong administrative skills, including audio typing The ability to work independently and manage a busy workload A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work under pressure Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner The ability to deal confidently and tactfully with clients and colleagues at all levels High levels of confidentiality, discretion, and diplomacy Strong customer service skills Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and numeracy Up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel Strong organisational and time-management skills The ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines Key responsibilities Duties will include: Handling telephone, email, and postal enquiries Explaining the companys services and fee structure to prospective clients Converting enquiries into confirmed instructions Liaising with surveyors, estate agents, tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders to arrange property inspections Preparing, issuing, and processing terms and conditions, invoices, and general correspondence Maintaining the office diary and property inspection schedule Typing reports, correspondence, and other documents Receiving and banking payments, and collating invoices and receipts Compiling and issuing reports Supporting the team with general ad hoc administrative duties Additional notes This is an office-based position and is not a remote or work-from-home role.
