Full time hours on a temporary basis
* Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts and agreements.
* Provide legal advice on procurement, commissioning, contract management, and compliance with relevant legislation.
* Advise on governance, risk, and strategic commercial matters.
* Support contract disputes, variations, and negotiations.
* Work closely with internal departments, external partners, and key stakeholders.
* Ensure legal risks are identified, communicated, and mitigated.
* Prepare clear, concise reports, legal opinions, and documentation.
* Support continuous improvement of legal processes and commercial practices.
