We are excited to be working with an Outstanding primary academy in Slough to recruit a committed HR Assistant. This full-time, permanent position is available for an immediate start and is a fantastic opportunity for a high-calibre practitioner to join a successful administrative department. We are looking for an individual who can support the development of outstanding quality in HR, fostering a positive environment for all staff members. Responsibilities Provide high-calibre administrative support to the School Business Manager. Contribute to the development of consistently outstanding HR procedures. Work within a successful team of specialist support staff to drive school progress. Use access to technology to enhance the efficiency of the school office. Participate in a strong culture of professional development to refine your skills. Qualifications and Experience Experience in office management or HR administration. Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, "can-do" attitude. High standards of professional presentation. Must have the right to work in the UK. Salary and Benefits Salary Range: £27,000 – £32,000 ( negotiable for the right candidate ). Full-time, permanent position with a supportive and collaborative culture.
