Salary: £36,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full Time. 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications
* Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
* Driver with access to their own vehicle (essential for travel between services)
* Experienced in supporting individuals with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions
* Skilled in managing teams, developing staff, and driving service improvements
* Passionate about person‑centred care and positive outcomes
Responsibilities
* Oversee multiple services and support your teams to deliver exceptional care
* Coach staff, review care plans, liaise with families and professionals
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
* Lead by example, inspire confidence, and create a culture of continuous improvement
