Our anonymous client is seeking an Operations Support Manager to join their Front of House team in a hands-on role.You’ll be at the heart of daily office operations, supporting a small team, coordinating shifts, and ensuring colleagues, clients, and visitors have a consistently positive experience. You’ll also work with Facilities, IT, Office Services, and Health & Safety teams to keep everything running behind the scenes.What You’ll Do
* Lead and support the Front of House team, acting as a friendly point of escalation
* Coordinate shifts and daily operations
* Support meetings, events, and client hospitality
* Liaise with suppliers and facilities teams to resolve issues
* Maintain office standards, from meeting rooms to security and pantry areas
* Assist with administration, budgets, and compliance tasks
* Contribute to service improvements and projects
About You
* Experience in front-of-house, office management, facilities, or hospitality
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Customer-focused mindset, able to build rapport with colleagues and visitors
* Confident using IT systems, with a willingness to learn basic troubleshooting
* Understanding of health and safety practices (or willing to learn)
Shift PatternYou will need to be flexible between 07.30 am - 7.00 pm and will work e.g. 07.30 – 4.30 pm one week and the next 10.00 am 7.00 pm.This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the front-of-house experience, make a visible impact, and work in a supportive, collaborative environment.
