Our client is recruiting for a Contracts Analyst. Based in Aberdeen, the role is on a contract basis and offers hybrid working. ROLE Reporting into the Contracts Team Lead, the Contracts Analyst will be responsible for providing proactive and comprehensive contracts support to the business and UKCS assets throughout the contract lifecycle from planning, contracting strategy development, sourcing activity, evaluation, negotiation, recommendation to award, negotiating terms and conditions, contract drafting, contract execution, post-award contract management, through to close-out and lessons learned. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, procedures, and local working practices for operating in the UKCS across the contract life cycle, including Joint Operating Agreements. Develop and manage Contract and Procurement (C&P) Plans. Work with key stakeholders to develop strategies for specific contract requirements, whether for routine operations, discrete work packages, campaigns, or projects. Develop, lead and manage the sourcing activity (e.g. Single Source or Tender). Make recommendations to award of contracts based on detailed quantitative and qualitative evaluation of tenders including assessment of contract risk.
