Job Title: Digital Project Manager (DPM)
Location: Ayala Avenue, Makati City
Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days WFH
Shift Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Experience Level: Mid-Level (2–4 years preferred)
About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager (DPM) who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The DPM will lead the coordination, implementation, and delivery of multiple digital marketing projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
This role requires strong digital project management, communication, and organizational skills. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams (Accounts, Marketing, Operations, IT, PR, and Brand Communications) as well as external partners to deliver seamless and high-performing digital marketing initiatives that meet client goals and company objectives.
What You Will Be Doing
Digital Project Coordination & Execution
1. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple digital campaigns.
2. Implement changes and updates on client-owned and leased web assets.
3. Oversee quality control for outputs from internal teams and partner agencies.
4. Monitor project progress, resolve blockers, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
5. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
6. Coordinate with partner agencies, developers, and internal departments.
7. Identify and address stakeholder needs to maintain satisfaction and alignment.
8. Provide regular project updates and reports to management and key stakeholders.
9. Foster effective communication across all contributors to ensure smooth execution.
Risk & Quality Management
10. Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
11. Maintain complete project documentation and track milestones for transparency.
12. Ensure all deliverables meet digital quality and performance standards.
Reporting & Insights
13. Prepare monthly reports highlighting project status, metrics, and insights.
14. Track, evaluate, and present campaign milestones and deliverables.
15. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve project processes and outcomes.
Must-Have Experience
16. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
17. At least 2 years of experience in digital project management or a related role.
18. Background in digital marketing, website management, or online campaign execution is a plus.
19. Familiarity with CMS tools, digital platforms, and project management systems (, Asana, Trello,
