This role plays a key part in supporting valued clients, managing day-to-day service activity, and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer experience. You'll be working in a fast-paced office environment, acting as a central point of contact for assigned accounts while coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
