Teacher of Computing, Winchburgh Academy, 35 hours per week, Permanent, Closing Date: 21st May 2025

Winchburgh Academy is a new state-of-the-art secondary school opened in August 2022, designed to ensure twenty-first-century learning, immersed in creativity and digital technologies. The school boasts sports facilities of the highest standard, including sports halls, a 25m swimming pool, and artificial grass outdoor pitches.
The school initially opened with a S1 cohort, with the roll anticipated to rise annually to reach a capacity of 660 pupils by 2028. In August 2025, the projected roll is approximately 260 students (S1-S4). A future expansion strategy considers increasing capacity up to 1,210 pupils. As of August 2025, the school will have around 20 teaching staff.
