We are currently looking for a qualified Electrician to join our successful Response Maintenance Business covering the Sleaford area. You will specialise in day-to-day repairs and maintenance for our reputable social housing clients.
Competitive basic salary of £38,694 for a 39 hour working week

The Electrician role:
Undertaking electrical repairs and maintenance work within a social housing domestic setting, with occasional electrical testing requirements on mutual exchanges
Voids - Repairs, rewire, testing and general upgrade works of void properties before they are re-let
What will you bring as an Electrician?
Qualified to an NVQ 3 level as an Electrician, with an 18th Edition certificate and AM2, which is essential
City & guild 2391 or equivalent in inspection and testing is preferrable
Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Electrician role. A company van will be provided.
