You will contribute to end-to-end digital transformation, including: Defining digital strategy and building business cases for major investment in technologies such as AI, data, cloud, and automation. Designing future-state business and operating models, including capability maps, roadmaps, and solution blueprints. Applying Agile and Design Thinking to structure delivery, shape features/epics, build MVPs, and test solution hypotheses. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including technical architects, domain SMEs and senior client stakeholders, ensuring solutions are commercially viable, implementable, and aligned to business value. Developing strong client relationships and contributing to practice growth and thought leadership within a high-performing architecture community. We're looking for applications from candidates who can demonstrate: Experience in digital transformation, business architecture, enterprise architecture, or strategic consulting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business problems into clear, structured digital solutions. Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, Kanban or SAFe) and user-centred approaches such as Design Thinking. Confidence building credibility with senior stakeholders and working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams. A thoughtful, pragmatic approach to modern digital change, with an interest in areas such as sustainability and ethical use of AI. Why this role?
