Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for residential projects
Coordinate and manage construction information across all project stages
Prepare planning and Building Regulations submissions
Liaise with architects, clients, consultants, and contractors
Attend site visits and technical meetings as required
Ensure all project information is accurate, compliant, and delivered on timeIdeal Candidate
Architectural Technologist with several years UK experience
Strong experience in residential projects, including extensions and new builds
Solid understanding of UK planning policy and Building Regulations
Proficiency in ArchiCAD or similar BIM software
Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
