We are seeking an ambitious Data Manager for an Outstanding secondary school in Bromley. This full-time, permanent position starts in April 2026 and is a key leadership support role. We are looking for a professional who can lead the school’s data strategy, ensuring student performance information is accurate and used to drive consistently outstanding quality in teaching and learning.

Responsibilities
* Manage the school’s Management Information System (MIS) to ensure data integrity
* Produce high-calibre statutory returns (census) and internal performance reports
* Analyze student assessment data to identify trends and support academic interventions
* Lead on the scheduling and organization of the school timetable
* Provide technical expertise and training to staff on data usage and reporting
Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience managing data within an educational setting
* Proficiency in MIS software (e.g., SIMS, Bromcom, or Arbor)
* Meticulous attention to detail and advanced Excel skills
* Must have the right to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits
* Salary Range: £36,000 – £44,000
