The successful candidate will ideally have experience with animals or a farm setting. We are looking for a team player, flexible to work as an when required at our new site in Chelmarsh. This is ideal for someone that enjoys a rewarding and varied role, every day is different! The job role will involve supporting individuals with learning disabilities with a range of farming and horticultural tasks and working effectively within the team and supporting with transport which requires confidence with driving a minibus in rural locations. Confidence in an educational setting would also be desirable. We are looking for someone with a mix of practical skills but who is also familiar with technology. Experience working to high standards of health and safety and infection control policies and procedures is crucial. It is a unique role and you must be willing to get your hands dirty! This role will require the completion of some essential training to support the work and it will require a DBS (paid by Bethphage). About You: Essential Requirements: Maths & English Level 2 Minimum requirement Good understanding of IT Willing to complete a DBS UK Manual Driving Licence (to include minibus) Desirable Requirements; HSC Level 2 Diploma or similar.
