Head of Executive Reward | PLC Environment
We’re partnering with a leading Digital listed organisation to appoint a Head of Executive Reward - a pivotal new role shaping the future of executive remuneration strategy and governance.
As a trusted adviser to the Board and senior leadership, you’ll design and lead reward programmes that drive performance, align with shareholder expectations, and support long-term strategic success.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and implementation of executive and all-employee reward frameworks (including STIPs, LTIPs, and share plans).
* Partner closely with the Remuneration Committee, ensuring robust governance and regulatory compliance.
* Provide strategic insight on pay and performance alignment, market benchmarking, and evolving governance trends.
* Influence senior stakeholders and external advisers to deliver a forward-thinking, transparent reward strategy.
* Lead and develop a high-performing reward team.
Required:
* Proven experience in executive reward within a listed company or professional advisory environment.
* Deep knowledge of UK reward regulations and governance best practice.
* Strong analytical, financial, and stakeholder management skills.
* Commercial, strategic mindset with the ability to influence at the most senior levels.
