Alkali Environmental is the UK’s fastest growing UKAS & MCERTS emissions testing company. We are a company founded and run by stack testers to provide dedicated emissions monitoring services with a broad scope of accreditation. We are looking for a recent graduate or similarly qualified person to join our Stack Emissions testing team as a Stack Emissions Environmental Technician. The role offers the opportunity to begin a career in the emissions testing industry, gain recognised MCERTS qualifications, and support rapid career and salary progression. Responsibilities
* Work alongside senior Project & Training Managers to deliver emissions monitoring contracts.
* Progress through an intensive training programme comprising internal and external training courses, extensive in-work training and formal examinations.
* On completion of the training programme and examinations, progression to Project Manager with leadership of emissions monitoring contracts and additional responsibilities within the company.
* Preparation of equipment and calibration/maintenance of monitoring equipment.
* Travel to client sites within the UK and conduct emissions testing in accordance with company procedures.
* Undertake training courses and informal training and operate in compliance with company safety and quality procedures.

* £26,500 – £30,000 rising to £35,000 – £50,000 on completion of qualifications and experience
