We are seeking a commercially astute NSW Sales Manager to lead our sales function and drive high-performance outcomes across our NSW residential portfolio. The Opportunity Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the NSW sales team to achieve revenue, volume, and market-share targets. This is a strategic leadership role where you will implement state-level sales strategies, manage complex commercial outcomes, and ensure a seamless customer journey from contract to settlement. Your key responsibilities will include: Sales Strategy & Execution: Implementing sales and marketing strategies that drive profitability and sustainable growth. Team Leadership: Recruiting, coaching, and performance-managing a high-calibre state sales team. Operational Excellence: As Licensee you will drive compliance, process optimization, and consistent sales practices across the state. Market Insight: Utilizing competitor intelligence and state-specific trends to inform pricing, product mix, and promotional strategies. Stakeholder Management: Strengthening relationships with key partners, distributors, and internal teams (Marketing, Development, and Construction) to maximize opportunities. Customer Culture: Promoting a "customer first" culture and ensuring first-class presentation across all sales outlets and digital platforms. What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate is a confident communicator and influencer with a deep understanding of the residential development sales landscape. Qualifications & Experience: A relevant tertiary qualification in business or marketing. A current Real Estate License (Licensee status) is required. Extensive experience in property development sales, including apartments, new homes, land, and general real estate. A proven ability to motivate and drive outcomes through a high-performing sales team. Commercially astute with strong analytical, planning, and negotiation abilities.
