Role: Psychology Graduate / SEN Teaching Assistant / Education and Training
Location: Portsmouth
Rate: 88 per day with the potential for more dependant on expectation from the school
Responsibilities
* Identify students\' strengths, challenges, and developmental needs and adapt your support accordingly.
* Help students navigate their academic environment.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a supportive and inclusive environment for students.
* Effectively communicate with pupils and staff.
* Show empathy, patience, and have a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
* Provide details for us to complete reference checks prior to employment.
* Prove you have a DBS certificate with no reprimands or be willing to pay and apply for a new one.
Qualifications
* As a Psychology Graduate you should be able to identify students\' strengths, challenges, and developmental needs and adapt support accordingly.
