With the business growing at pace, this is an exciting time to join the company. We are now seeking a Group Junior IT Systems & Support Specialist, to work within our Group Technology Team, based in our Head office in Mayfair.
What you will do as Group Junior IT Systems & Support Specialist
* Responsible for the resolution of IT related incidents and tasks that are assigned
* Assist in the delivery and support of projects for the global IT support function
* Undertake both on-site and remote IT support tasks, as well as coordinate partner engineer visits where necessary.
* Responsible for the communication of incident and task status to end users.

Working Hours
* Monday- Friday with hours ranging between either 9am-6pm, or 10-7pm
* Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off – our venues are closed.
What are we looking for?
* Previous exposure to IT support or strong technical aptitude
* Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Active Directory basics, Office 365 administration, basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office, and ITSM tools e.g. Halo
* Excellent communication skills, with a positive can-do attitude
* Proactive, with excellent communication and influencing skills
