Job Position Details:

MISSION:

The mission of the HR Officer & Assistant is to foster a high-performing and cohesive work environment through effective talent management, compliance oversight, and operational excellence, thereby elevating WMB Childcare Ltd's ability to provide outstanding childcare services.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Proven experience in HR and office administration
* Comprehensive understanding of UK employment laws
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently, manage your workload, and make decisions
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of the childcare sector in the UK (preferred)
* Possession of a Disclosure Barring Certificate or willingness to obtain one (cost covered by us).
