From first advert to first day (and beyond), youll ensure every step of the journey is smooth, inclusive and well-organised. What youll be doing As part of our People Services team, youll be a trusted partner to hiring managers and a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for candidates. Your role will include: Managing end-to-end recruitment activity across a varied portfolio of roles Advertising vacancies and advising managers on effective attraction strategies Supporting shortlisting, interviews and offer management Delivering a seamless pre-employment checking process Coordinating and delivering an engaging onboarding experience Ensuring all recruitment activity is compliant, accurate and well-documented Providing advice and guidance on recruitment best practice and policy Using HR systems to maintain high-quality data and produce insights What were looking for Youll bring energy, organisation and a real passion for people. Ideally, youll have: Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding or an HR / People Services role Strong customer service skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Confidence using HR or applicant tracking systems A commitment to equality, diversity and inclusive recruitment practices CIPD qualification (or working towards one) would be great, but its not essential.
