* A proven contract biller with a consistent track record of success
* Someone with experience managing or mentoring recruiters and who loves seeing others develop
* A business winner who can turn existing perm relationships into contract opportunities, while also building new client partnerships
* A leader who inspires confidence, leads from the front, and knows how to balance billing with team growth
* Curiosity, ambition, and the drive to shape something bigger than just a desk
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading a contract team across Tech, Data, or AI while still billing hands-on
* Coaching, developing, and supporting consultants to smash their targets
* Cross-selling into Method’s perm client base to open doors for contract solutions, while expanding new business and key accounts
* Driving culture, performance, and collaboration across Method’s contract offering
* Representing Method in the market through events, networking, and thought leadership
