As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be part of a team providing exceptional customer service by engaging with and understanding the needs of the customer, applying expert product knowledge and ensuring all CareCo policies and procedures are followed.
This is a full-time permanent position, covering 40 hours over a Monday to Sunday week consisting of two different shift patterns:
* 8:00am – 5:00pm
* 9:00am – 6:00pm
This role is based out of CareCo's Braintree site.
What are my responsibilities?
* Strive for first time resolutions to ensure there is no loss of revenue to the business.
* Answering incoming calls, emails, and call backs in line with our SLA timeframes.
* Meeting targets by achieving individual KPI's and objectives.
* Liaise with difficult customers whilst also following the correct complaints procedure when required.
* Liaise with third-party suppliers ensuring any issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
* Process customer queries in a polite and courteous manner in line with the call compliance requirements on each call.
What qualifications & skills are required of me?
* Previous experience in a Customer Service role, either face-to-face or over the telephone, is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to be used whilst conversing with CareCo's internal and external stakeholders.
* Good problem-solving skills, capable of actively listening on calls to ascertain the problem at hand, then working to resolve this through knowledge of our processes and procedures.
* Ability to prioritise workload, with great time management skills to ensure cases are handled effectively, efficiently, and within a suitable timeframe.
