About you
* Proven supervisory experience within cleaning or facilities management
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and high cleaning standards
* Customer service focused with excellent communication skills
* Clean driving licence
* Able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
* GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above or equivalent
What you'll do
* Manage day-to-day operations of the cleaning unit, ensuring high standards of cleanliness
* Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals
* Develop staff schedules and manage staff holidays efficiently
* Conduct on-site quality audits and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
* Handle client communications and resolve any complaints professionally
* Monitor supplies, equipment, PPE, and stock levels to ensure smooth operations
