About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Domiciliary Care Branch Manager to lead our Sudbury branch. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in domiciliary care management and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care while growing the service.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations.
* Lead, motivate, and develop staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
* Manage business performance, including service development, recruitment, and retention of care staff.
* Ensure policies, procedures, and care plans are effectively implemented and monitored.
* Maintain excellent communication with clients, families, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
* Previous management experience within a domiciliary care setting – essential.
* Strong business acumen and a drive to develop and grow the service.
* Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Minimum NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent.
