Job reference 338045. Business Domain Architect – CRM. Hybrid working in London Farringdon (3 days a week). This is a permanent, full-time role focused on shaping the enterprise‑wide CRM ecosystem.
What You’ll Lead & Deliver
* Domain Architecture Leadership & Design Assurance
* Shape the CRM strategic roadmap in partnership with Product leadership
* Provide design assurance across Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing and Data Clouds
* Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and long‑term CRM strategy
* Own the CRM business domain architecture, ensuring coherence across the ecosystem
* Challenge and guide Solution Architects on domain fit, data strategy and cross‑cloud alignment
* Ensure integration with the Single Customer View (SCV) on Google Cloud Platform
* Engage senior stakeholders to scope new Salesforce initiatives and assess ecosystem impact
* Partner with Data, Operations, Transformation and other functions to align roadmaps
* Represent CRM in enterprise architecture forums, governance bodies and annual planning cycles
* Provide expert guidance to Business Analysts and Product Owners on epics, stories and domain models
* Ensure squads operate within architectural guardrails and follow best‑practice configuration, data modelling and integration patterns
* Champion architectural governance and sustainable design principles
* Support prioritisation of the CRM backlog, ensuring investment aligns with strategic value
* Act as the voice of the business domain during key programme decisions
* Facilitate trade‑off discussions balancing innovation, scalability, technical debt and time‑to‑market

Experience
* Leadership experience guiding BAs, POs, Architects or cross‑functional squads
* Strong background in Agile delivery models (Scrum, SAFe)
* Experience with enterprise integration patterns and API‑led architectures
* Demonstrable experience in CRM or Salesforce‑centric transformation programmes
Qualifications (desirable)
* Salesforce certifications such as:
o Application Architect
o System Architect
o Data Cloud Consultant
o Marketing Cloud Architect
o CTA modules
