Location: Hybrid (Mansfield) / Remote
Department: Group Sales & Marketing
Reports to: Head of Bid Management
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (08:30–17:30, one-hour lunch break)
On-site Requirement: Ideally, one day per week in Mansfield, depending on location
Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. We’re looking for an Bid Manager to manage the end-to-end tender process, from qualification through to submission and feedback.
Main Purpose of the Role
* Manage the end-to-end tender process, from qualification through to submission and feedback.
* Write compelling, tailored bid responses for a wide range of business audiences, marketing services and industry sectors.
* Ensure bid & marketing library and resources are up to date and accessible.
* Lead, coach, and support SMEs and cross-functional teams.
* Support continuous improvement within the bid function.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Bid Management
1. Oversee the entire bid process, ensuring all responses are delivered on time and to agreed standards, using best practice bid management tools, and our Standard Operating Procedure.
