Job Title: Night Shift Administrator
Department: Distribution
Reports to: Night Shift Manager
Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Purpose
To carry out general administrative tasks in support of night shift warehouse and fulfilment operations, ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient processes across inventory and systems.

Main Responsibilities
Administrative Support
* Assist with all inventory and admin-related duties during the night shift
* Manage order and service releases, including printing documents as required
* Oversee retail sales order transfer processes
* Support intake processing and ensure systems are updated accurately
* Liaise with the Main Administration team to resolve stock-related issues
* Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies
* Act as a point of contact for internal departments
* Work as part of the shift leadership team to support operational flow
* Maintain clear records and comply with internal procedures
* Contribute to general housekeeping standards within admin and warehouse areas
Systems and Process Knowledge
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Understanding of Navision processes
* General awareness of wider distribution centre (DC) admin and inventory systems
General Duties
* Maintain warehouse and office security at all times
* Follow all Health & Safety policies
* Support the Night Shift Manager and Team Leader with day-to-day activity coordination
* Promote a clean, safe, and organised work environment

Experience Required
* Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfilment, or admin-based role
* Familiarity with warehouse systems and procedures
* Experience using Navision is highly beneficial
