A opportunity for a Category Manager to join a category leading food business with well-loved heritage brands in the UK.
This pivotal role will be responsible for managing a Top 4 grocery customer as part of a high-performing category team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute long and short-term category growth plans for a key Top 4 account
* Deliver best-in-class category insights to influence and drive change in-store
* Build strong partnerships across multiple levels and functions within customer organisations
* Support the sales team with market and customer insights, identifying risks and opportunities
* Manage and lead relationship, becoming an expert user of their in-house data & insights platform
* Contribute to key commercial growth projects, acting as the voice of the customer
The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking a Grocery Category Manager with with the ability to interpret and analyse data to create clear strategic recommendations.
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in FMCG Category Management
* Proficiency with market data software (Nielsen & Kantar)
* Strong Excel skills and data manipulation abilities
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* Strategic thinking and a drive for results
Location:
Berkshire (3 days/week in the office or out with customers)
Package:
£50,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
