JOB SPEC
As a Sub-Contractor Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of subcontractors and helpdesk operations. You will be responsible for liaising with sub contractors, engineering visits, and ensuring all tasks are completed in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and schedule subcontractor visits
Assist Technical Manager in planning Reactive, Fixed Price and Maintenance Work orders.
Checking and verifying engineers, report sheets and timecards on a daily basis.
Manage and update CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) systems
Respond to client queries and provide excellent customer service
Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs
Accurately record and process data using Microsoft Word and Excel
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively
