What You’ll Be Doing (The Role) Managing the full commercial lifecycle of projects from procurement through to final account Working closely with project managers and site teams to monitor progress and control costs Preparing cost plans, bills of quantities, variations, and valuations Managing subcontractor procurement and overseeing payment applications Supporting tenders and client liaison for new opportunities Ensuring financial reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned to project goals About You Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in high end developments & refurbishments Comfortable working on multiple projects with values typically up to £5m Strong understanding of cost control, valuations, variations, and contract admin Confident communicator who builds positive relationships with clients and site teams Ideally degree-qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management Open to Quantity Surveyor, Project QS, or Intermediate QS level professionals About the Company Our client is a design-led construction company specialising in high-end residential builds, heritage restorations, sustainable developments, and bespoke joinery across Oxfordshire, the Cotswolds, and London.
