OVERVIEW:
- An opportunity has arisen for an experience Conveyancing Paralegal / Legal Executive to undertake fee earning responsibilities within the established conveyancing department
- Working as part of a successful team, the appointed Paralegal will be supporting the fee earners and carrying out a range of duties.
- Duties could include preparing sales packs, preparing and submitting SDLT claims, dealing with exchange of contracts and submitting land registry claims.
- Office based role within a supportive and friendly working environment for the appointed Conveyancing Paralegal.
