Role Overview
ST14 – Own transport required to location and shift times. Role and key responsibilities for our clients FLT VNA / Drivers.
Responsibilities
- Operate a VNA forklift truck safely within narrow aisles and high racking.
- Conduct pre‑shift safety checks and report any faults.
- Store, pick and relocate pallets with accuracy.
- Safely handle and transport goods to designated storage areas.
Qualifications
- FLT VNA / Drivers.
- An external or internal VNA licence (VNA or Reach).
- Previous experience operating a VNA truck within a warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
Pay & Working Hours
- Pay rate: £13.83 per hour.
- Overtime: 1.5×.
- Statutory deductions for tax, NI and pension (if not opted out) apply.
- Working hours: Monday – Friday: Fixed shifts – 06:00‑14:00, 08:00‑16:00, 14:00‑22:00.
- This job is commutable from the following areas: Stoke on Trent, Newcastle under Lyme, Hanley, Longton, Burslem, Tunstall, Uttoxeter, Burton‑on‑Trent, Stone, Stafford, Trentham and surrounding areas.
