Responsibilities
* Leading the day‑to‑day running of your room, ensuring a stimulating and safe environment.
* Planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in line with the EYFS.
* Observing, assessing, and documenting children's development and progress.
* Mentoring and supporting room‑based staff, acting as a positive role model.
* Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Contributing to the wider nursery team and supporting senior leadership.
Qualifications
* Level 3 Early Years qualification or above – essential.
* Experience in a senior or leadership role within a nursery setting – essential.
* Solid understanding of EYFS and child development.
* Passionate, child‑centred approach with excellent communication skills.
