The store is very accessible, with free on‑site customer parking in the Sainsbury's car park, and public transport links are good with several local bus services stopping nearby.
What We Are Looking For

Key Skills & Qualifications
* Previous experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment
* Experience in the optics business
* Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or audiology terminology
About the Team & Location
The Bognor Regis Sainsbury's Specsavers is home to a warm, welcoming, and close‑knit team who take pride in creating a positive experience for every customer. The store operates with two well‑equipped test rooms, supporting smooth clinic flow and enabling the team to deliver high‑quality eye care throughout the day. You'll be joining a friendly group of around eight dedicated colleagues who work collaboratively to maintain a supportive, upbeat, and customer‑focused atmosphere. Whether helping customers on the shop floor or supporting clinical services, the team is known for its approachable nature, strong communication, and genuine passion for great service – making it a fantastic environment to grow your skills and enjoy coming to work each day.
