Joining us on a full-time permanent basis based in either Exeter, Bristol, or Redhill, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £43,400 per annum plus excellent benefits.
About The Role
As Revenue and Affordability Reporting and Governance Manager (RARG) you will lead a team responsible for revenue reporting, affordability analysis, compliance and data governance. This role ensures accurate and timely reporting to regulators, supports strategic decision-making, and drives improvements in data quality and accessibility across the business.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead the development and delivery of revenue and affordability reports
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines
* Oversee data governance initiatives to improve data quality and accessibility
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support strategic planning and performance tracking
* Manage and mentor a team of analysts and reporting specialists
* Develop and maintain reporting platforms and dashboards
* Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and data management
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in regulatory reporting, governance, or financial analysis
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, PowerBI
* Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Knowledge of the water industry or other regulated sectors (desirable)
