Responsibilities
* Support people at home to live as independently as possible.
* Travel throughout the area to provide personal, meaningful care that helps clients stay independent and confident.
* Empower individuals to make their own choices.
* Provide personal, physical and emotional care.
* Assist with daily tasks, activities and appointments.
* Build positive relationships with clients, families and professionals.
* Use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care.
* Follow Altogether Care's values and safe working practices.
Requirements
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
* Willingness to travel as required to provide high‑quality care.
* Ability to work independently and with resilience.
* Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism and quality care.
* All successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
