Regional Business Development Manager – Manned Guarding Sales
Location: West Midlands (Regional Role)
Salary: £30,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission 1% + Company Car Allowance £5000 P/A
We are seeking a high-performing Regional Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts across the West Midlands in the manned guarding sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected and growing security company with ambitious growth plans and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new manned guarding contracts across the West Midlands and surrounding areas
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and prospects
* Conduct client meetings, site visits, and prepare tailored security proposals
* Close new business and ensure smooth handover to operations
* Maintain strong market awareness and competitor insight
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Business Development Manager role for manned guarding with the same employer
* Broader experience in B2B sales, security, or facilities management is advantageous
* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to manage your own territory
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
