Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead business development strategy and revenue growth for antibody discovery and engineering services.
2. Identify and establish strategic partnerships with biotech, pharmaceutical, and emerging biotech companies.
3. Develop and manage a robust client pipeline, converting opportunities into long-term collaborations.
4. Work closely with scientific leadership and platform teams to align client needs with antibody discovery capabilities.
5. Represent the company at industry conferences, partnering meetings, and investor events.
6. Negotiate complex scientific service agreements and strategic collaborations.
7. Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to guide platform development and commercial strategy.
