About Stride
Stride is the UK’s first fully integrated preventative health membership. We combine advanced diagnostics (blood, DNA, microbiome, biological age), expert-led coaching, and precision supplements in one unified platform. Launched in mid-2024, we’ve grown to over £4.5m in revenue and 30,000+ orders, all bootstrapped. Now we’re expanding our sales function to grow our products within the wider health and wellness practitioner community - so we’re looking for a sharp, ambitious commercial lead who is intrinsically embedded in health and wellness to drive our next phase of growth.
What You’ll Do
B2B & Practitioner Growth
* Be our outbound sales machine. Whether that’s for practitioners, clinics, performance coaches, gyms, wellness groups, employers… wherever you think you can find an audience for our advanced health tests and insights
* Build a repeatable pipeline: from cold outreach to signed partnerships and practitioner onboarding
* Support partnership activations, upsell flows, and product education for prosumer channels
* Experiment with pricing, bundling, and referral mechanics for high-leverage partners
Strategy & Commercial Insight
* Track funnel data and sales KPIs to inform product decisions and GTM roadmap
* Identify high-potential market segments or bundling opportunities across testing and supplements
* Help shape our GTM for new launches
We’re Looking For
* Someone deeply tapped into health, connected and cognisant of startup culture and the role optimal health plays for ambitious businesses
* 2–4 years in commercial, sales, partnerships, or growth roles
* You default to action and progress, even with uncertainty.
* Proven experience building a pipeline from scratch and converting inbound + outbound leads
* You’re extremely comfortable being held to strict account for the end result, and you know how to just get things done to help you reach your end goal
* Commercial acumen and curiosity about health, wellness, or science-backed products. This means you are passionate about improving health, and you are critically minded enough to never oversell the science behind our products.
* Confident communicator; you’ll be speaking to clinicians one day, professional sports teams the next. You aren’t starstruck, and you know how to hold your own when it comes to understanding scientific evidence and research.
* Comfortable in ambiguity; we’re an early-stage startup and we often don’t know what we don’t know, so be ready to try and fail and try again. What you do in this role will help shape the playbook for our future business.
