SENIOR EDUCATION RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - REMOTE £40,000 - £50,000 BASE SALARY + INDUSTRY LEADING COMMISSION + SIGN ON BONUS
This is for an experienced Education recruiter who already knows how to bill, build relationships and manage a desk properly, but wants more freedom in how they operate and more upside attached to their performance.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Managing and growing a desk within Education recruitment
* Building relationships with schools, trusts and MATs
* Driving business development activity across your market
* Managing temp, contract and permanent recruitment processes
* Developing your own niche, network and client base
* Maintaining strong standards across service and delivery
* Operating with full accountability for your own performance
WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR
* A proven billing background within Education agency recruitment
* Minimum 3 years’ experience within the Education market
* Someone capable of managing and growing a desk independently
* Strong business development and relationship-building ability
* A self-starter who performs without needing micromanagement
* Commercially mature, driven and motivated by long-term success
This role is specific to Education recruitment. You must already be operating within the sector and performing to a high standard.
